You'll probably get better feedback from the list. I'm sure virtualscape isn't going to give you a list of customers they're having problems with. LOL That said. I'm using them for one site that needed RealAudio, which I'm not set up for on my server. They are quick to set up ODBC, etc., and quick to respond to problems/questions. The big problem I've had with them is an ongoing problem with e-mail not being sent to AOL users that order items. Even the owner of the site is an aol user and their e-mail doesn't always get forwarded to them. I haven't gotten a complaint from my client lately so maybe they've rectified it, but it was ongoing for months. I think they may have been blackballed as spammers as I don't think they have any anti-spam prevention in place on their IMail mail server other than relay for users, which doesn't do anything to deter spammers. -- Bud Schneehagen - Tropical Web Creations _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ ColdFusion Solutions / eCommerce Development [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.twcreations.com/ 954.721.3452 ~ Paid Sponsorship ~ Get Your Own Dedicated Win2K Server! I am using them and I haven't had any complaints, however, before selecting any host, you should ask them for a list of references, so you can hear from their customers what they have to say about the quality of service.
