I am using them and I haven't had any complaints, however, before selecting
any host, you should ask them for a list of references, so you can hear from
their customers what they have to say about the quality of service.

You'll probably get better feedback from the list. I'm sure 
virtualscape isn't going to give you a list of customers they're 
having problems with. LOL

That said. I'm using them for one site that needed RealAudio, which 
I'm not set up for on my server. They are quick to set up ODBC, etc., 
and quick to respond to problems/questions. The big problem I've had 
with them is an ongoing problem with e-mail not being sent to AOL 
users that order items. Even the owner of the site is an aol user and 
their e-mail doesn't always get forwarded to them. I haven't gotten a 
complaint from my client lately so maybe they've rectified it, but it 
was ongoing for months. I think they may have been blackballed as 
spammers as I don't think they have any anti-spam prevention in place 
on their IMail mail server other than relay for users, which doesn't 
do anything to deter spammers.
