Depends on the price point.  If you're truly talking Peach Tree or
Quickbooks, no.  If price is not the main concern, you might check out Sage
Software's Acuity.  It's based on COM Component architecture with a SQL
Server 7  backend.  That might be suitable for integration but the cost is
high.
