Yes, but was the CFUSION_DISABLE_DBCONNECTIONS function removed because JDBC
does not support that kind of function or was there some other reason the
function was removed? Inquiring minds want to know! (The inquiring minds
belong to people I work for who want to know why an upward migration to CFMX
cost us functionality we had with CF5 . . . )

Presumably because the entire product was rewritten, and uses JDBC database
drivers instead of ODBC?
