RE: CFHTTP with 128-bit HTTPS

2003-08-29 Thread Mark A. Kruger - CFG
Dave,

You may have to set up the java runtime to trust the certificate authority.
I have a note at:

Have you looked at the MX 6.1 Release Notes at all the fixed CFHTTP issues?
It looks like you're running a pre-6.1 install, and there were more than a
couple issues with CFHTTP and HTTPS. Perhaps you might be able to spot some
of the symptoms in your code that the Release Notes claim to have fixed
(i.e., proxy servers, 404 errors, etc.).

Upgrading to 6.1 did the trick. Thanks to all for your suggestions!

My first step would be to apply the 6.1 updater to your CFMX installation.
They reworked the CFHTTP tag and it is significantly improved in a number of
areas.

RE: CFHTTP with 128-bit HTTPS

2003-08-28 Thread Stacy Young
What JRE are you running under? We've got CF5 and CFMX clients
interfacing with us via HTTPS @ 128bit (using CFHTTP). CFMX folks had to
upgrade their JRE in order to get it working...(think most have gone
with 1.4.1 or higher)
