Did you try examining the unsent messages in c:\CFUSION\MAIL\UNDELIVR? Compare those with the mail log in Cfadministrator.. Usually there are some smtp restictions at play here, such as malformed email addys or relay restrictions. I usually get around this by running SMTP server on the windows machine running CF and allowing relay only from that IP...
