Can't say that I've seen it before. Have you tried to open the file to see if it is encrypted or corrupted? ah...that's right I have seen that before and that is what it was. I see this error occasionally when I modify a file on a really busy site or server cluster - usually the file has been partially saved or modified. You get this error if you have the file open at the same time in MS Word (even if it is a HTML file).
