It's pretty straight forward to set up. We have been using it for about a year now and have had no problems at all. The developers guide walks you through the whole process and is explained pretty well. I've assited quite a few people over the last year as well and I have had great results. Easy to install, easy to test, use, troubleshoot, etc. Whenever I get a customer now that wants to enter into real time processing, I always strongly advise that they use this tag.
