OK, now I get it to bring up the save dialog, but it wants to save it as .cfm. If I manually change the extension to .rtf, the file is valid but my users are not savvy enough to do that. I thought the cfcontent tag made that unnecessary code snippet: cfcontent type=application/rtfcfoutput[rtf code]...
