2003-08-05 Thread Ben Forta
I believe that \page is an RTF page break.

There's a great example of RTF at:
http://tech.irt.org/articles/js154/index.htm.

It works well for single as multiple record sets. Does anyone know how
to put a page break in so each record shows on a seperate page within
the document? Thanks

RE: RTF and MIME types Addendum

2003-07-30 Thread Venable, John
OK, now I get it to bring up the save dialog, but it wants to save it as
.cfm. If I manually change the extension to .rtf, the file is valid but my
users are not savvy enough to do that. I thought the cfcontent tag made that
unnecessary

code snippet:
cfcontent type=application/rtfcfoutput[rtf code]...

Thanks again

I've been trying to output a query as an .rtf file and I think I'm having
trouble with MIME type. I have followed the article at IRT
(http://tech.irt.org/articles/js154/index.htm) and it works great in
mozilla, but with my IE it shows nothing but raw rtf code. How do I make
this work, and what do i do if my users (most of whom are using IE) run into
this problem.

Thanks
