Are your web server smtp server on the same box? If not, then this time may be coming from the smtp server. I think CFMAIL forces the time zone based on the server time. Perhaps your email server is set with a different time zone than your server. What are you looking at? The file's date/time, or the message's headers? Post a set of headers from a message that you're receiving in your email client. Make sure you have a #Now()# somewhere in the subject, send it using cfmail, copy (don't move) it from the spooldir, get it from the raw storage of the POP server and also in your email client.
