sorry got distracted
1) if you can use ucs-2 (utf-16 is often referred to as extended ucs-2) just
dump your data into a suitable db.
2) cffile now has a encoding option & supposedly supports both flavors of
utf-16 (big or little endian).
3) use setEncoding to the form's encoding & create a utf-16 template
(notepad is a good choice) to process this stuff.
