Well I'm NOT going to pipe you the 50 some pages that got me chasing my tail, but I'll tell you that if you use the fact the any user can attempt to connect to LDAP, and if they succeed that this is in itself validation. >From there search for attributes describing the groups they are in. now what till you start getting errors.. and you don't know why!!! Future note: anyone using ldap with Novell and you have login's with a certain amount of grace login's when the password needs changing. Everytime the person logs in through the web, it counts that as a grace login.
