Indeed, what is annoying in some areas though is cost of living is still
going up when salaries remain the same...

These values seem to match my gut.  However I'm not sure if the number of years 
using cf should drive salaries.  I trained someone last year and with-in 4 
months she was among the best.  She did have the benifit of leveraging s solid 
framework, a family of best practices, and a host of UDF's :)
