I've used them and have only had one or two minor issues in the past 5 years. I currently host them and have a client that hosts on them. In terms of reliability and response time, they were unequivocally the best host I've ever had (and I've had a lot of them). The _only_ reason that I do not currently host with them is because my needs outgrew their affordability. I must apologize I have misspoken I was thinking of too many things at once and reversed myself Intermedia is great. Their service is wonderful, the people courteous, and they offer very competitive plans for great prices. Interland.com is the host I was meaning to mention in a negative light...
