RE: SPAM-LOW: Re: ColdFusion Cookbook
I wonder, Ray, if you could allow each CF chef to register and create their own cookbook of favorite recipies from the myriad of recipies on the site. That way, instead of coming to the site as a whole each time, the chef would interface with the site in a way customized with their favorite solutions according to their specialty and taste... Every resource is valuable. I am always hunting up resources I've read about. I'll see a hint or a tip someone will post somewhere, and I'll say to myself that will be useful for me one day, or I'll be able to use that when I come to redevelop X site. The problem is always that it's just like my workshop. When I come to fix the broken hinge on the back door, I can never remember where I saw that spare hinge five months ago and put it somewhere saying to myself That'll come in handy one day. ~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:4:228175 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:4 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.4 Donations Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54

As much as I'd like to think I know it all, I certainly do not. :) Now, Ray...that's not a good way to start the new year...by destroying the delusions upon which I've built my reality...now I've gotta go see my shrink... Excellent idea - perhaps with an RSS feed of that specialised set of solutions, for use as live bookmarks in FF (etc) so we can easily find the articles we need? An RSS feed will definitely be included, but probably just for the last N articles, like cflib.org works.
