Tested with a Word document from Randell Adkins on a unicode enabled setup and it worked fine. Hail unicode. If they have a version for CF MX that can do Unicode you should be fine. BTW, probably unicode is not strictly necessary. You could also go search for another charset that has everything you need, but I doubt that is worth it.
