Why is my server in the US ?
I have a 64-bit Adobe CF8.0.1 server on a supported 64-bit Linux O/S and SetLocale() returns 'English (US)', some other seemingly identical systems return 'English (UK)'. And I'd like to know why, so I can make our dev and stage systems say the same thing :-) http://livedocs.adobe.com/coldfusion/8/htmldocs/help.html?content=i18n_08.html#1219089 says CF picks up the default Java locale, which defaults to the system locale. On both the systems that say 'US' and the others that say 'UK', the system locale appears to be correct: # locale LANG=en_GB.UTF-8 Neither systems are using -Duser in the CF JVM config. Where else could this be coming from ?
