I just modified a script downloaded from: http://scripts.hsguide.com/scripts.html and 
uploaded the original and modified versions to:
http://www.aftershockweb.com/free/changeCase.zip

These three scripts allow you to put a button (one for each script) on a toolbar in 
Studio or Homesite that will convert highlighted text to: "UPPER CASE", "lower case", 
or "Proper Case".

2. Right-click on the highlighted text
3. Scroll down to Selection->Convert to Upper Case
