I believe you actually need to be teaching a class in ColdFusion to get the education license. If the school wants to build their site in CF, they will need to pay. If you are a student and just want to play around, just download the developer edition directly off the adobe website. It is restricted to 2 IP addresses and watermarks your PDFs.
