[cfaussie] Re: OT: Moving to Sydney
Ok I am going to buck the trend and actually recommend a specific ISP and that is internode. http://www.internode.on.net/ I have never been more impressed with a service provider than with internode. Customer service, speeds, connection quality have all been exceptional. Also avoid telstra at all costs they will suck you into a contract and are just plain bad value for money and Optus aren't much better. --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups cfaussie group. [cfaussie] Re: OT: IE crashing
My first instinct would be what Blair mentioned, they are using IE7 and its incompatible with ewebeditpro 4 maybe? I know ewebeditpro is now up to version 5.1. Switch them to tinyMCE imo :P. --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups cfaussie group. [cfaussie] Re: OT: IE crashing
Thanks for your suggestions folks, In the end it turned out to be a bug in eWebEditPro. If you have a long string of text in a single p tag, i.e. about 12000 characters, it just seems to barf when it tries to save the data. seeya -Original Message- From: cfaussie@googlegroups.com [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jason Sent: Wednesday, 20 December 2006 11:14 AM To: cfaussie Subject: [cfaussie] Re: OT: IE crashing My first instinct would be what Blair mentioned, they are using IE7 and its incompatible with ewebeditpro 4 maybe? [cfaussie] Apache 2.2 ColdFusion Windows
Hey Guys, I have installed Apache on my computer because IIS was giving me the s*its. But I haven't been very successful. I Found that CF 7.02 isn't compatible with Apache 2.2. Although I did find this article. http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=8001e97 which is for Linux. Has anyone else come across doing this? If so how did you fix it? Bottom line is that it doesn't recognise .cfm extention nor the whole module. Jeremy --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups cfaussie group. [cfaussie] Re: Apache 2.2 ColdFusion Windows
there is a hot fix to make CFMX 7 run on apache 2.2 (win and linux) This is the error when trying to start apache after the cfmx install: Cannot load C:/jrun4/lib/wsconfig/1/mod_jrun20.so into server: The specified module could not be found. This is the fix: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=8001e97 http://www.sixfive.co.uk/news/?nid=191 Basically requires you to download a new wsconfig.jar to overwrite the existing one Start CF run web config delete existing apache connector create a new apache connector On 12/20/06, cfgroupie [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hey Guys, I have installed Apache on my computer because IIS was giving me the s*its.
