Hi Mike, The most recent one I've integrated with was www.eway.com.au. It was very easy, with excellent documentation and sample code available online. I didn't interact with them at all, so can't comment on support. Also I didn't alter their hosted pages, so don't know how flexible they are there. www.securepay.com.au is another Australian payment gateway I've used, but too long ago to remember any details. One consideration may be how flexible they are with different currencies?
