Which version of outlook are you referring to? Are you using the latest version? What did you find in the Microsoft knowledge base? A bit more info on this - just a few minutes ago I was typing a new email message in Outlook, the signature displayed fine etc. Then all of a sudden the logo in the signature disappeared for no reason at all.
