As far as I can tell cfeclipse (well at least the BER release) works really nicely with 3.2 RC4. I've been using the SQL Editor that ships with the Flex 2 beta 3 Coldfusion plugin packages. Although it kinda sucks. I use Quantum to talk to Navision (which runs like SQL Server) No problems. SQL Explorer is also good but I haven't got it working with Navision yet, only MySQL.
