Thanks for keeping on top of CGI::Application. I am puzzled that
Build.PL for CGI::Application::Dispatch mentions CGI::PSGI version 1,
which seems not to exist. Both this version and the previous worked fine
anyway, so this is more about avoiding an ugly warning than anything else.

3.01 was released last night, which hopefully resolves the test
failures, which were do a dependency declaration issue. Thanks to Brad
Oaks to helping track that down.
