*TITLE: *FUNCTIONAL DYNAMICS AX PRODUCTION SUPPORT
*DURATION:*   15 Months with possibility of extension
*LOCATION:*Houston, TX

*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*:

·3 or more years of functional experience providing Level 2 *support
for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to* *business users* – including Production
Support experience during and after go-live.

·Experience working on 2-3 roll outs of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
involving heavy customization.

·Experience and knowledge of *AX Financials module*
including: AP/AR/GL/FA
·Experience and knowledge of *AX Project Management &
Accounting module* including understanding of:
-Processes to create service industry-focused projects that consist
primarily of worker services
-Features such as: contract management, quotations, budgeting,
project policies, project parameters, and categories



*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*

·Work on an existing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementation
doing level 2 support by phone and in person for a highly customized
environment.

·Communicate heavily with business users and IT staff to define and
resolve requirements for both technical and functional issues.

·Define issues and suggest recommended solutions in written form.

·Answer users’ questions in a timely manner, applying technical and
functional knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 setting appropriate expectations
on time frames to research problems and find solutions.

·Support/maintain/troubleshoot systems utilizing necessary hardware
and software testing tools and techniques.

·Investigate problems, in conjunction with analysts or manager, and
prepare or assist in preparation of problem definitions, recommended
solutions, work around procedures.

·Participate in systems support including  testing, conversions,
and user training in Dynamics AX 2012 functionality.
