Slashdot has mention of a system being developed by the Cult of the Dead
Cow which sounds something like Freenet (yet, despite the obvious link,
makes no mention of us...?).  I spoke to these guys a while ago, and got
the impression that it was a way to allow people in firewalled countries
to surf the WWW - this means no publisher anonymity, only reader
anonymity.

Disappointingly they do not give any comparison between their software
and Freenet, which is strange since from the description they are
obviously very similar.
