RE: [Chevelle-List] 70 Chevelle factory sunroof? Buick

2002-05-15 Thread wbainey

I saw a factory moon roof on a 69? Buick. Not retractable but a plexiglass?
bubble of some sort.

I know of a Buick that came with a factory sunroof, a very rare Skylark I
believe. The one I saw was a 69 I think, but I have never heard of a
chevelle with one, although it could be possible I guess??

Yes,
I know someone who has been looking for a '59 el camino for some time. Can you e-mail me the particulars and your phone number?
Thanks,

Tim,
Sorry to hear about your misfortune.
But it could be worse! Changing all of the pushrods (if nothing else is broken)
should only take an hour or so isn't very expensive.
Don

and heres my story, my car has been misfiring, and running like
crap. Just found out that I most likley have a bent pushrod because of the
really nice knock, so my daily driver is now parked till further notice

What is the date code of the Holley? It should be stamped on the front of the
air horn. I need a 1969 date coded one if it is a 69 date code and if it is
for sale I am interested in buying it.

see if you can get the vin and trim tag data from this sun roof Chevelle. It
may be some type of option for export cars. I think Nova had a sun roof
option around 1972?

Subaru Brat. ! not factory but different,
unique.

[Chevelle-List] Cruise Night

2002-05-15 Thread Paul O'Brien

There's a Cruise Night tonight at our local Culvers, hopefully it
doesn't rain.
It's time to get the kid involved in the sport of car shows.
The problem is, I think he's gonna want to take his Mercury and not my
Camino.
He can't drive yet, so I may have to give in and take the Merc.
There's usually not many Chevelles, Novas, Monte Carlos or El Caminos,
but a lot of classics.
I'll probably take the camera just in case.

Paul, which Culver's is it? Is this a once-in-awhile
thing or will it be every Wednesday? I'm wondering if
some of the classics from Stoughton and Edgerton will
make the trip down.

Looks like a good keeper. See if there is a LIST number on the
