Re: [Chevelle-list] Oil Flow In Rockers?
I just did a cam swap on a BB and it took a few if not 5 min. to start getting oil. Each rocker will flow at different times but within 5 min. Don't get discouraged because it has a ways to pump. As long as you are using the right tool, it will flow. John H 66 SS

I'm pretty sure we'll try to get the Eastbound CB Convoy together again this year. Last year we all met in Lonoke on Wednesday drove up from there. Guys from AR, OK, TX, MS, and CA all joined in, and everybody's welcome to come along with us. This is how it worked out last year-- http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=61890page=4highlight=Eastbound+convoy We stopped in Memphis for lunch got in to G'ville about 4:30. I'm not thrilled with the idea with driving that far in one day, either. Maybe stay in Little Rock Wednesday night? Re: [Chevelle-list] Alternator for 66 Chevelle
Looks ok, You may need to spin the case around to get it clocked to line up your brackets. Just call Summit they have an excellent support staff. Exchanges are no hassle. Cant say enough about their service. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]On Behalf Of Larry Shouse Sent: Tuesday, March 07, 2006 8:43 PM To: Chevelle List Subject: [Chevelle-list] Alternator for 66 Chevelle Can somebody tell me if this alternator from Summit will work with an original harness with external regulator? Re: [Chevelle-list] Alternator for 66 Chevelle
Jim, Thanks for your reply.I've heard that term before, but I don't know what it means. Can you or someone else here give me a primer on "clocking" an alternator? [Chevelle-list] MIR March 25th
Anyone going for the test and tune / swap meet? March 25th.
[Chevelle-list] OT: Nashville
I've noticed there's several list members who live in the Nashville area. My business partner is vacationing in Nashville from 4/27 through 4/30 this year. Can you email me off list and suggest some places to go see and things to do during that time? He's been working hard helping me on my Chevelle, so I want him to go have a good time. had to say something Chevelle related to make this email acceptable ;-) Thanks, Larry Shouse [EMAIL PROTECTED]
