I shipped a small block recently at 350 pounds and the shipper did not revise the weight after delivery. D.R., American Graffiti is the place to go. They are the ones that make them for Ground Up as well. Haven't heard about the delay problems. I put one on my 69 about 2 years ago. It fit well.
