You could use a ring gear spacer or an extra thick ring gear

Hello, I have recently purchased a rear end that turned out to be a BOP 10
bolt 8.2 inch posi. It came with highway gears (41 teeth ring 16 teeth
pinion) does anyone know of anyway I can convert it to take a 4.11 ratio
without buying a new carrier?
