Re: [Chevelle-List] I'm back - again
oooh kind of like a marine/ navy joke huh ??? Larry
Re: [Chevelle-List] I'm back - again
The Navy affectionately refers to the Coast Guard as "Shallow Water Sailors" or my favorite, "Puddle Pirates" which means if our boat sinks we can walk back to shore as long as we're 6' tall. Navy guys think it's funny so us Coasties humor them. :) Herb - Original Message - From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Saturday, February 02, 2002 4:41 PM Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] I'm back - again Please let some of us landlubbers in on the 6 foot tall joke? Hey Eddie, Thanks! Knife and Fork school is long behind me, andit won't be LT for about 4 more years! Unfortunately I have to first endure being a lowly Ensign for about 9 more months, then LTJG for threeyears or so. I must admit, it'll be worth it in the long run! cYa- Herb - Original Message - From: Eddie Esquivias To: chevelle-list Sent: Wednesday, January 30, 2002 9:02 PM Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] I'm back - again Herb, welcome back brotha!
