I don't know if you are still looking for info on the hanger location but
here goes anyways. I just had the flowmaster system installed on my '70
Chevelle by the local muffler shop. I had to help him as I put new headers
on as well. The place you are looking for is on top of the back frame rail
right in front of the rearmost body mount. On my frame there is a hole there
with one of those clips that you would use to mount a bolt into when
securing an inner fender. We took the bracket from the kit and only had to
bend it a little in order to get it to mount to that hole. I wish I had a
picture with me but I am at work. If you would like a picture of my
installation, please feel free to email me off list and I would be more than
happy to get you one. I hope that I didn't confuse you.
