I agree too! BUT, I've seen people reading newspapers, shaving, putting on make-up, eating two-fisted hoagies, etc. while behind the wheel. A lot of people are just plain oblivious to the dangers of distraction behind the wheel. My point is where do you stop? The starting point should, in my opinion, be better driver ed programs. -Original Message-From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Keith CooperSent: Wednesday, July 17, 2002 8:31 AMTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] Stop Static Not to change the subject to cell phone, but I also think that talk and drive should be stopped. RE: [Chevelle-List] Stop Static
I had heard of the dangers of filling a plastic gas can in a bed-lined truck before but I was shocked, pardon the pun, when I read this. But just 2 weeks ago, there was a guy next to me at the station filling up with a cigarette dangling out of his mouth. Just plain stupid! -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Paul O'Brien Sent: Monday, July 15, 2002 11:04 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [Chevelle-List] Stop Static I guess this isn't something you think about, Thanks I saw a photo of a Brand new truck, burned to a crisp at a gas station/towing place.
