Yes,all El Caminos came with 4 3/4" bolt circle 
wheels. Same with Chevelles.

I don't know if they'll do this for just anyone, 
but I don't see why not.  I got my spare from a friend at Discount Tire for 
like $20... it's the ugliest thing you've ever seen, but it works :)
