Steve,

 

Remove the rear seat

Remove the two plastic pieces found at the lower corners of the rear window. 
Each is held in by a philips screw.

Pull back the windlace and remove the sail panels

The leading foam edge of the package tray is glued down with contact cement. 
Once removed reverse the procedure.

Hi Guys, was wondering if someone knows how the package tray on a 70 chevelle 
is removed. What holds it in? I alsowas wondering about the order of install of 
the trunk divider board and insulation.  Thanks   steve
