Hi all..
I'm having some trouble with the column on my 62
Impala..
The shifter feels very very "loose"... like
the detents are almost not there or something..
When it is all the way up, which should be park, it
is actually in reverse, makes it fun when pumping the gas and starting the car,
lol..
All the way down, which should be low, is actually
drive.
Looking for any info on this problem. Should
I be looking at column problems, could it be the linkage, or the trans
itself.
