  There is a company called "Stencils & Stripes" [or something
similar]  that advertises in the backof several magazines.   They may
have what you need.

The stripe spec is in the assembly manual for a 1968, Section 1, page

 WELL FINALLY, MY 69 GOES INTO THE PAINT SHOP NEXT WEEK, AFTER ONE LONG YEAR AT THE BODY SHOP. I ASKED THE PAINTER IF HE CAN APPLY THE STRIPES ON THE SIDE OF THE CAR (69 SS STRIPES)
AND THEN CLEAR THEM. HE WANTS TO PAINT THE STRIPES IN RATHER THEN STICK THEM ON.

I would like to paint them into the body, rather than put stripes down the side
