[Chevelle-list] What do you drive? (was Free 1966 10 Bolt)

2005-08-25 Thread Ron Sparks

A 1966
Chevelle that I have had for4 years now. I justfinished updating my web page (http://myweb.cableone.net/cutter169/index.htm)with
all that I have done on it in the past year.

What
kind of car functions/show go on around Boise? We moved hear around the first of
the year and have been to a couple shows.

Ron

Ron Sparks,
Nice 66. I checked out your web page. I'm sureyou went to
the northwest motorfest show in July. That is the first one I have entered
mainly for the downtown cruize which was a blast. They are planning for
over 1000 cars next year. You can check the site at
northwestmotorfest.com Watch the Sat. morning paper or Friday review for
other shows. People hang out on Sat. eve at Rockies on the east end of
Farview Ave.

Yeah we
went to the Motorfest (didn't bring the Chevelle...I've had it apart all summer)
as well as the Roadster show earlier this year (and yes I did wait in line for a
Foose autograph!). I thought the downtown cruizewas really cool also. I
took a picture of a red '67 that night - big meats on the back and a bowtie
license plate up front.

Sounds
like we should start getting the paper to follow along on the local events
better :-)
