Lol! I'm in the same situation. I put a new 350 in this year with the Q-Jet 1904 (for the same reasons) and at the same time rewired the car. Everything's working as it should except the gas gauge. It works until there's approx. 1/4 of a tank left, then the needle starts bouncing around for about 10 miles, then it goes up to full until I run out of gas. If you don't see it bouncing around at 1/4 left, you're screwed, as I found out last night on the freeway.

I have checked the ground wire at the tank. Seems like my gas gauge likes to say full after my 383 motor install with the Q-Jet 1904 (everybody said that carb would get great gas mileage), maybe my tank will overflow? But the other day after reading full it started to jump from full to empty & took 18 gals to fill. ----------------------------------------------------- To Unsubscribe please visit www.chevelles.net/list.html To start a new topic, send mail to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ----------------------------------------------------- To Unsubscribe please visit www.chevelles.net/list.html To start a new topic, send mail to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
