YOu still need the backinf plates, caliper brackets, and steering arms for the spindles. Those are available new but are not cheap. Look for a donor car in the junkyard is the best way to go.

On the topic of spidles and disc brake conversions
We have new disc brake conversion kits (everything at the wheels) for $525.  This 
includes: Spindles, Rotors, Calipers, Caliper Brackets, Dust Shields, Bearings, Seals, 
Brake Pads, Dust Caps, Spindle Nuts, and Brake Hoses.

I was able to get everything ( calipers,spindles,rotors,back plates,tubing,combination valve,master cylinder,booster) from a 72 lemans at the junk yard for $300
If you need only spindles I would try the local yard.
