Skins typically go from the bottom up to the "belt line" (the top most line
before folding back toward the trunk), unless they are partial skins. They
usually include the doorjamb, but not always.

Full quarters typically include the full doorjamb and part of the sail
panel, as well as going all the way to the trunk opening. They are more true
to what was installed at the factory.

Skins cause you to create a weld where there wasn't one originally, except
in the case of the El Camino, which has no trunk opening.

As Trevor mentioned, the fenders are not being made yet for that year.

I need both rear quarter skins only but do they go from top to bottom and
door to tail light . all so I will need 2 door skins rt lt   It would be
easyer and better to get 2 fenders its been years since I've done any of
