It's all original with the factory radiator and shroud intact. The fan has no clutch. I would say so. I have the 7-blade fan and it moves a lot of air. I have been driving the car since last fall and no overheat problems. I have idiot lights so I can’t tell you what the temp actually gets to. I may throw in some aftermarket oil & temp gauges because I don’t think the lights are good for much of anything.
