Yes thanks,
I have been following very close with the two investigators on the
case. The people getting their money back sent money to a St. Pete FL
addy. The post office there kept the mail because it was undeliverable.
Thus some guys got their money back. Us poor saps that sent money to VA
got screwed. They still have not caught up with the guy.

They are going after the guy and I hear that some checks were never
delivered by the post office so some people will get their payment back.

Mike,
I hate to be the one to tell you but you're probably screwed. I've been
after my 69 tach for over a week now. I have talked to the Chief of police,
the landlord, and I even got James on his cell phone, Friday. I caught him
lying to me three times in a 15 minute conversation. The building owner
locked him out Nov. 23rd. James did this same thing in Manchester, TN less
than a year ago. I gave a friend Power of Attorney Friday and he went into
the building with the Chief of Police today. My tach was nowhere to be
found. Here's the clincher I had already paid him $270 for the restoration
and last month I lost $700 to that Frank Cummings (partzsurplus) internet
scam. The topic on Team Chevelle is mine.

Zieg,

We could find you a clock at a very reasonable price if we don't already have one in stock. I will have to check and see if we do. But I'm afraid we couldn't GIVE away the clock, but we would price it REALLY cheap.

Would the contest include a clock where there was
none?  My 72 did not have that option.

Ok everyone, let's see how serious you Chevelle fans really are.
Signature Clock & Gauge is holding a contest. Mail us a picture of your
car(s) to post on our upcoming website along with your name, phone number and
e-mail address. A drawing will be held at the end of November. The winner will
receive a complete instrument cluster restoration. This will include: All
gauges, speedometer, tachometer and clock re-screen printed (NO DECALS!),
rebuilt and calibrated. Standard rebuild or quartz conversion of clock (your
choice) Cases and housings restored. Lenses cleaned, buffed and refinished. A
restoration equivalent to a frame off. There is NO hidden costs or obligation.
All we ask is that once you receive your cluster back, you let everyone know
who did the work and how pleased you are. That's it! So mail your entry to the
  following address:
