OK, here's your
results.  The biggest variable here is that I used a stock 441 casting flow
file as I have no idea how different your flow is with the port and polish
job.  This could be a big difference, but you can look at this as a
baseline, where your numbers should be better.  Since you have the 1.6
rockers, I added the extra lift (0.501) and a two degrees more duration to
guesstimate the effects of the rocker arms.

The torque curve
is flat as a table, which means this should be great on the street.  You
have basically 430 lb-ft of torque across the entire street driving
band.

HP: 366 @ 5000
RPM
TQ: 437 @ 2500
RPM

Your engine is not
too far from a sim I did a while back for my Chevelle as a possible replacement
if I ever need one.  I ran a 400 block, and the biggest difference was I
used the AFR190 head and a slightly more aggressive cam.  My peak torque
was the same, but it peaked at 4000 RPM, which gave me a higher HP peak (389 HP)
at the expense of less bottom end torque (25 lb-ft less at 2000
RPM).

I've also done
some more wild combos with the 400 block, but they use roller cams and rev
higher, meaning more expensive parts.  But if you want 500HP/500TQ, you
could do it with a single plane manifold, better heads, and a radical roller
cam.

  Hey
  Brad
      Can you come up with
  anything for this combo?
  a 2
bolt main 1974 400 small block bored .030 over. TRW diamond top 9.5 to 1
compression pistons. The cam is a Comp cams 270H magnum cam(lift .470"). The
1974 441 casting heads were fitted with 2.02 intake and 1.90 TRW stainless
valves, polished and ported. there is a set of 1.6 magnum roller rockers,
eagle 1 5/8 headers hooked up to 2.5 inch exhaust through a set of Dynomax
super turbos. Top this off with a edelbrock performer with a quadrajet. The
ignition is an accel power coil HEI. Did I  miss anything? This is
pushing on a 350 turbo tranny and a 2.73 rear end. Thanks for your help!

Bob,
Santa was great to me. I built myself a new computer. Made using an
MSI motherboard and AMD Athlon XP 3.0. Stuck in a DVD burner and a 250 gig hard
drive supported by 3 gig of RAM. So I had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you
did to Bob.
