This is a known bug and has been fixed in the experimental branch.

the runtime options for fixed heap and stack size are ignored in
version 4.6.5. There are no comments in the change log (it is only for
4.6.4).



Indeed. What a stupid bug. Sorry - I updated "master" and "experimental"
branches in the git repository.
