Consequently I could afford $45/each removal. Yes, rubber
dam and proper ventilation equipment.

Cilantro makes mercury move out of the brain. Green juice
is good for the rest of the way out. Milk Thistle to coat the
liver cells. Wheat grass, collard greens, kale, cilantro,
celery(good for kidneys). Supplements B6, alpha-lipoic,
l-glutathione, nac cysteine. Colon cleansing. Symptoms
like vertigo could even get worse while mercury moves.
Taking the fillings out changes the ionic balance and
then mercury in tissues moves which has alarming
consequences so work to get it out. It's worth it.

The following is an excerpt from  Jim Hogshire's "Opium  for the Masses:

Thomas Jefferson was a drug criminal. But he managed to escape the 
terrible sword of justice by dying a century before the DEA was created.
In 1987 agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency showed up at 
Monticello, Jefferson's famous estate.

Jefferson had planted opium poppies in his medicinal garden, and  opium
poppies are now deemed illegal. Now, the trouble was the folks at  the
Monticello Foundation, which preserves and maintains the historic  site,
were discovered flagrantly continuing Jefferson's crimes. The  agents
were blunt: The poppies had to be immediately uprooted and  destroyed or
else they were going to start making arrests, and  Monticello Foundation
personnel would perhaps face lengthy stretches in  prison.

The story sounds stupid now, but it scared the hell out of the people 
at Monticello, who immediately started yanking the forbidden plants. A 
DEA man noticed the store was selling packets of "Thomas Jefferson's 
Monticello Poppies." The seeds had to go, too. While poppy seeds might 
be legal, it is never legal to plant them. Not for any reason.

Employees even gathered the store's souvenir T-shirts  --  with 
silkscreened photos of Monticello poppies on the chest  --  and burned 
them. Nobody told them to do this, but, under the circumstances, no one 
dared risk the threat.

Jefferson's poppies are gone without a trace now. Nobody said much at 
the time, nor are they saying much now. Visitors to Monticello don't 
learn how the Founding Father cultivated poppies for their opium. His 
personal opium use and poppy cultivation may as well never have 
happened.

The American War on Drugs started with opium and it continues today. 
Deception is key to this kind of social control, along with the usual 
threats of mayhem. Ever since the passage of the Harrison Act made opium
America's first "illicit substance" in 1914, propaganda has proven 
itself most effective in the war on poppies. This has not been done so 
much by eradicating the poppy plant from the nation's soil as by 
eradicating the poppy from the nation's mind.

Prosecutions for crimes involving opium or opium poppies are rare.  But
that has less to do with the frequency of poppy crimes and  everything
to do with suppressing information about the opium poppy. A  public
trial might inadvertently publicize forbidden information at odds  with
the common spin about poppies and opium. This might pique interest  in
the taboo subject and, worse, undermine faith in the government.

The U.S. government strategy to create and enforce deliberate  ignorance
about opium, opium poppies, and everything connected with them  has
proven remarkably effective. The Monticello campaign exemplifies an 
effective tactic. The poppies were swiftly removed, and sotto voce 
threats ensured no one would talk about it afterward. Today, visitors to
Monticello learn nothing about opium poppy cultivation or why Jefferson 
cultivated it in his garden.

Disinformation about poppies has been spread far and wide. Some of it 
is subtle, like when the New York Times talks about people growing 
"heroin poppies." Some misinformation is so bald-faced as to stun the 
listener into silence, as when a DEA agent tells a reporter that the 
process of getting opium from opium poppies is so complex and dangerous 
that "I don't even think a person with a Ph.D. could do it.

This enforced ignorance reduces the chances of anyone even  accidentally
discovering the truth about poppies. Poring through back  issues of
pharmaceutical industry news from Tasmania might yield a  mother load of
cutting edge poppy science  --  from genetically altered  poppies that
ooze double-strength opium to state-of-the-art machines  designed to
manufacture "poppy straw concentrate." Tasmania's output  meets roughly
a third of the world's narcotic requirement. But how many  people know
that Tasmania is the home of the world's largest and most  modern opium
industry?

Opium and opium poppy ignorance is augmented by widespread false 
beliefs, chief among them that it is extremely difficult for opium 
poppies to grow anywhere in the United States. Opium poppies surely 
require exotic climates or special climatic conditions, don't they? 
They're found on remote mountainsides in the Golden Triangle and 
Afghanistan, where growing them is

Another Greek-based cargo ship and its crew was recently hijacked  by
Somalian pirates, costing the Greek owners an undisclosed amount in 
ransom.

Such ongoing acts of brazen piracy off the coast of Somalia have 
riveted the establishment media's attention. But the same news hawks 
have missed (or ignored) a much more brazen, longer-running and far 
larger robbery in Greece by Gucci-wearing thieves who are more 
sophisticated than common pirates -- but lack a pirate's moral depth.

I refer to -- who else? -- Wall Street financiers. Specifically, 
Goldman Sachs.

Goldman, a global financial conglomerate and America's largest  banking
fiefdom, is notorious in our country for its arrogant,  anything-goes
corporate ethic that is astonishingly avaricious, even by  Wall Street's
dissolute standards. The firm is villainous enough that it  could be its
own reality TV show, perhaps titled, "Bankers Behaving  Badly." A few
highlights:

-- During the past decade, Goldman's wizards were particularly 
inventive monkey-wrenchers, devising much of the investment gimmickry 
that enriched crafty Wall Streeters like them, even as it led to the 
wrecking of our economy.

-- In 2006, Goldman's CEO was considered such a whiz that he was 
elevated to treasury secretary and soon was handed the task of fixing 
the very economic mess he had helped create. His "fix" was the 
cockamamie, self-serving, multitrillion-dollar taxpayer bailout that did
save Wall Street ... but has left our economy in shambles.

-- Rather than apologizing for their failures and using their bailout 
funds to rush loans to America's credit-starved businesses, Goldman's 
debauched financiers immediately went back to playing the same old 
global game of high-risk craps that caused America's crash, this time 
rolling the dice with the backing of our tax dollars.

-- Juiced by an infusion of federal funds, Goldman executives  declared
a profit this year and promptly lavished more than $16 billion  in bonus
payments on themselves.

-- To keep the fun rolling, Goldman is now lobbying furiously in 
Washington to kill regulatory and consumer bills that could rein in its 
destructive greed.

-- Moving from mere greed to naked narcissism, Goldman's current CEO, 
Lloyd Blankfein, has proclaimed that his bonus bonanza is warranted 
because he is "doing God's work."

Perhaps he was referring to one of the Greek gods. It turns out that, 
for the past decade, Goldman has also been practicing its ethical 
flimflammery in Greece, a nation long mired in a sea of debt.

In 2001, Goldman's financial alchemists formulated a scheme to allow 
the Greek government to hide the extent of its rising debt from the 
public and the European Community's budget overseers. Under this 
diabolical deal, Goldman funneled new capital from super-wealthy 
investors into the government's coffers.

Fine. Not so fine, though, is that, in exchange, Greek officials 
secretly agreed that the investors would get 20 years' worth of the 
annual revenue generated by such public assets as Greece's airports. For
its part, Goldman pocketed $300 million in fees paid by the country's 
unwitting taxpayers.

The financial giant dubbed its airport scheme "Aeolus," after the 
ancient Greek god of the wind -- and, sure enough, any long-term 
financial benefit for Greece was soon gone with the wind. By hiding the 
fact that the government's future revenues had been consigned to secret 
investors, Goldman bankers made the country's balance sheet look much 
rosier than it was, allowing Greek officials to keep spending like there
was no tomorrow.

Last month, however, tomorrow arrived. Greece's crushing debt has 
exploded into a full-blown crisis, with its leaders disgraced and the 
country on the precipice of the unthinkable: the default of a sovereign 
nation.

So, who is getting punished for the finagling of Greek politicos and 
Goldman profiteers? The people, of course -- just like here! Greeks now 
face deep wage cuts, rising taxes and the elimination of public services
just so their government can pay off debts the people didn't even know 
it had. Meanwhile, Greece's financial conflagration is endangering the 
stability of Europe's currency and causing financial systems worldwide 
(including ours) to wobble again. All of this to enrich a handful of 
global speculators.

We live in a world of deep inequality, and the gap between the  rich and
the poor is widening. We in the rich world generally agree that  this is
a problem we ought to help fix—but that the real beneficiaries  will
be the billions of people living in poverty. After all, inequality  has
little impact on the lives of those who find themselves on top of  the
pile. Right?

Not exactly, says British epidemiologist Richard Wilkinson.

For decades, Wilkinson has studied why some societies are healthier 
than others. He found that what the healthiest societies have in common 
is not that they have  more—more income, more education, or more 
wealth—but that what they have is more equitably shared.

In fact, it turns out that not only disease, but a whole host of  social
problems ranging from mental illness to drug use are worse in  unequal
societies. In his latest book, The Spirit Level: Why More  Equal
Societies Almost Always Do Better, co-written with Kate  Pickett,
Wilkinson details the pernicious effects that inequality has on 
societies: eroding trust, increasing anxiety and illness, encouraging 
excessive consumption.

The good news is that increased equality has the opposite effect: 
statistics show that communities without large gaps between rich and 
poor are more resilient and their members live longer, happier lives.

YES! Magazine   web editor Brooke  Jarvis
sat down with Richard Wilkinson to discuss the surprising  importance of
equality—and the best ways to build it.

Brooke Jarvis: You've studied the impact  of inequality on public health
  for a long
time.  Did any of your recent findings surprise you?

Richard Wilkinson: Oh, all of them. In fact, the  relationship is weaker
for health than for many other problems—we looked  at life
expectancy, mental illness, teen birthrates, violence, the  percent of
populations in prison, and drug use. They were all not just a  little
bit worse, but much worse, in more unequal countries. If I'd  known how
strong those connections would be, I would have looked for  them a
decade earlier. In fact, I'm still surprised that no one did look  at
them earlier.

There's nothing complicated in what we've done. Epidemiologists and 
people working in public health have been doing this work for some time,
not only controlling for relative poverty, but for all the income 
levels within, for instance, an American state. So once you know the 
relationship between income and death rates, for example, you should be 
able to predict what a state's death rate will be. Actually, though, 
that doesn't produce a good prediction; what matters aren't the incomes 
themselves but how unequal they are. If you're a more unequal state, the
same level of income produces a higher death rate.

In fact, in more unequal societies, these problems aren't higher by  ten
or twenty percent. There are perhaps eight times the number of  teenage
births per capita, ten times the homicide rate, three times the  rate of
mental illness. Huge differences. If social mobility were a  perfect
sorting system and everyone was sorted by ability, that wouldn't  make
the number of problems in the society greater. It wouldn't change  the
overall IQ of the population; it would just change the social 
distribution of IQ. We know from the findings that it's the status 
divisions themselves that create the problems. We're not making a great 
leap to say that this is causal. We, I think, show that it's almost 
impossible to find any other consistent explanation.

BJ: It seems possible that this link hasn't  been explored because we're
so used to thinking of these problems as  linked to poverty. To find out
that they're tied not to the level of  income but to the stratification
of income—it's sort of an unexpected  conclusion.

RW: We show that these problems aren't affected by rich countries 
getting still richer. There are problems that we think of as problems of
poverty because they're in the poorest areas of society, but a country 
like the U.S. can be twice as rich as Greece, Portugal, or
Israel—the  poorer of the rich, developed countries we look
at—and the problems are  no better even though Americans are able to
buy twice as much of  everything as the poorer developed societies. That
doesn't make any  difference; it's only the gaps between us that matter
now. And that's  really quite a striking thing to learn about ourselves
and the effects  of the social structure on us.

BJ: How does thinking about these problems in terms of  inequality
rather than poverty change how we grapple with them?

During Andrew McLeod's 10-day visit to the Basque Country of  northern
Spain, he met a 34-year-old man named Aitor Garro, who makes  aluminum
car components. For the last 13 years, this man has worked at  Fagor
Ederlan, a division of the Mondragon  Cooperative Corporation
 , which is the world's
largest system of  worker-owned businesses. Mondragon's 100 global
businesses employ  120,000 people and produce sales exceeding $20
billion annually. Garro  grew up knowing only this system, as both his
parents also worked in  co-ops. "It was interesting to watch his
perception of co-ops," McLeod  said. "He took them for granted. It was
like water to a fish."

McLeod  , a  California-based
cooperative development specialist, spent the past year  and a half
traveling around the world and throughout the United States  to learn
about the valuable  role
  cooperative systems can play during
economic hard times. His  travels took him to the Trentino region of
northern Italy, the Pacific  Northwest, the U.S. Rust Belt and Spain.

Worldwide, roughly 750,000 cooperatives serve 730 million members, 
according to the National  Cooperative Business Association
 . Here in this country, some
72,000  co-op establishments operate, providing more than 2 million jobs
and  serving 120 million members--that's four in 10 Americans. These 
establishments exist in energy, childcare, food distribution, health 
care, insurance, agriculture, telecommunications and other industries. 
But co-op advocates want growth, and they say the time is now, as wealth
concentration has reached dangerous levels, large investment banks have 
crumbled and unemployment affects 10 percent of the American 
population.

"A lot of cities are seeing that traditional economic- and 
job-development strategies have hit a dead end," said Ted Howard, 
executive director of the Democracy  Collaborative
 .

Cooperatives offer a potential solution: Through shared ownership and 
democratic control, co-ops distribute wealth, create jobs and keep 
control in the local community by allowing people to make the decisions 
that impact them, instead of leaving those choices to parasite investors
who can sell a stock and walk away. Co-ops--whether they be of the
worker, consumer, producer or  purchasing
  variety--create a more equitable
formation for society  that brings decision-making and resource-sharing
down to everyone, and  investment earnings are not limited to a small
group of people.

"Our firm belief is that cooperatives are the best business model for 
economic and social progress," said Adam Schwartz, vice president of 
NCBA. "Because of the structure--owned by workers--it's a fair model and
treats people in a way that allows them to thrive while balancing the 
needs of their community."

In the fall of 2008, McLeod visited Trentino, Italy, which has at  least
545 co-ops serving the region. Here, McLeod learned that 90  percent of
the towns in the province have a food co-op as their only  grocery
store, and credit unions comprise the majority of the financial 
industry. This system 
--started  by a Catholic priest in 1890--impressed him.

But his visit to Basque  Country
  left a deeper
impact. This mountainous region runs between  Spain and France along the
Atlantic coast, and houses a couple of large  cities and many small
towns tucked within the valleys. Mondragon formed  in 1956 and has since
become a transnational-cooperative system that  includes Spain's
second-largest retail chain, with 2,400 stores, one of  the country's
largest banks, and medical and educational institutions.

"In contrast to this country, where small rural communities face the 
loss of industrial jobs, they're seeing growth," McLeod said. "It's 
night and day."  Workers earn an average income nearly 40 percent higher
than the rest of Europe, McLeod said, and the system survived Spain's 
economic recession in the 1980s without laying  off members
 . Profits are pulled
together in this integrated system  and made available to help support
new, or struggling, cooperatives. Top  executives can only earn six

to storm parliament as lawmakers passed 4.8 billion euros ($6.5 billion) in 
budget cuts, including wage reductions, needed to trim the region's biggest 
budget deficit. 

  Police with riot shields fired tear gas as demonstrators wearing biker 
helmets and ski masks pelted them with stones outside parliament in Athens 
where lawmakers approved the measures. Finance Minister George Papaconstantinou 
told parliament the cuts will show European Union allies and investors that 
Greece is making good on its deficit pledges. 

  "We didn't create this crisis but now we have to pay for it," said Manthos 
Adamakis, who was protesting with other catering workers outside the five-star 
Grande Bretagne Hotel on Syntagma Square in downtown Athens. 

  Tram, rail, subway and bus services shut in Athens and other cities as 
employees rallied against cuts to bonuses and holiday payments. A walk out by 
air-traffic controllers forced the cancellation of all 58 flights to and from 
Athens International Airport between midday and 4 p.m. and the rescheduling of 
another 135, according to a spokeswoman. 

  Europe's Turn 

  Papaconstantinou said European allies should now act to pledge aid should 
Greece need help financing its growing debt. "Obviously, the EU must undertake 
responsibility, which it hasn't done yet," he told lawmakers. 

  EU nations are working on a contingency rescue plan for Greece to be funded 
by European governments, according to two people briefed yesterday in Berlin by 
an EU official. 

  Yannis Panagopoulos, the head of GSEE, Greece' largest union, received first 
aid after being attacked by protesters at the rally outside parliament. Manolis 
Glezos, an 87-year-old World War II resistance fighter famous for pulling down 
the Nazi Swastika flag from the Acropolis in 1941, was also hospitalized after 
being affected by tear gas during the scuffles. 

  Groups of youths caused damage to shops, ministries and bank branches during 
the protests, the Attica Police, the city's police force, said in a statement 
on its Web site. Five people were arrested for involvement in the violence and 
seven police officers were injured, it said. 

  GSEE and civil servants' union ADEDY called a 24-hour general strike for 
March 11. ADEDY has already held two 24-hour strikes this year after the 
government backtracked on pledges to grant civil servants a wage increase. 

  EU Praise 

  Yesterday, the PAME union, aligned to the Communist Party of Greece, took 
over the Finance Ministry building and the General Accounting Office. 

  EU officials have praised the budget package announced this week and Greek 
bonds gained. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who is due to meet Prime 
Minister George Papandreou in Berlin later today, told reporters in Munich that 
the Greek measures are a "courageous step" that's already yielding results. 

  "Opinion polls show that a very large majority of Greeks understand that this 
in the interest of the country," European Central Bank President Jean-Claude 
Trichet said today in an interview with Belgium's RTBF radio. "It's normal that 
there are demonstrations when decisions are taken. What counts is the main 
interest of the country." 

  Still, most Greeks oppose the plan to cut wages and increase value-added tax, 
according to the first opinion poll published since the austerity moves were 
announced on March 3. 

  Wage Cuts 

  Seventy-two percent of 530 people surveyed by Public Issue for Skai 
Television said they disagreed with a drop in bonus- vacation payments, while 
68 percent opposed a value-added tax increase. Sixty-two percent said Greece 
will see social unrest in the next year, according to the poll broadcast 
yesterday. 

  The additional budget cuts aim to save 1.7 billion euros through a 30 percent 
reduction to three bonus-salary payments to civil servants, a 7 percent overall 
decrease in wages at wider public-sector companies and a pension freeze. The 
reductions are accompanied by an increase to 21 percent from 19 percent in the 
main VAT tax as well as in alcohol and tobacco duties. 

  Teachers are also striking, closing some schools, and workers at the Public 
Power Corp SA, the country's biggest electricity company and controlled by the 
state, also called a 24-hour strike today.

I keep watching people die, but I can afford to help some. 
My getting evicted would seem to cause more to die but 
maybe I will make a strategic move between pan and 
fire. That would be another instance of a James 
Baldwin's intellectual m*bators making me do 
miracles as invisible man and angel, which I have 
had enough of, but maybe I could make another good 
move. 

Although the first thing I did for HIV+ people almost 
20 years ago was an herbal course that still stands as 
a good thing to do for them, no funding has meant 
not funding any 911-style wacko ideas. Actually I had 
a control on far out HIV ideas so I can hardly make 
any excuses for killing people by not doing more. The 
best thing about killing some more was that some of 
them went farther against doctor's wishes than I 
even thought of, and gained more anecdotal in the 
trenches or what doctors call "bedside results" but 
they don't do housecalls or diagnose they just test 
and dose. 

The good side of having no backing has been that 
the HIV+ people have proven that they can survive 
indefinitely with more than one of mercury amalgam, 
smoking, sugar addiction candidiasis, or heroin 
addiction. That's absurd, like Liberian cannibals 
more righteous than Rev. Pat Robertson cannibal 
child hand hacker for blood diamonds. It's also 
inexpensive then to come in with herbal remedies 
for specific problems as HIV+ people need a little 
more than what doctors and hospitals have for 
them. The most important single remedy they 
need is giving up the cause of anemia and intestine 
membrane attack and liver loading; HIV drugs. 
Other than that they can be ridiculously self 
destructive and survive ten years or more, longer 
with help, and then in that time they will be very 
likely to give up addiction and other health problems.

Officials, Union Workers Demand WTC Rebuilding Effort  By

NEW YORK—Hundreds of unionized construction workers and officials
came   out on Monday to ground zero to get the attention of the Port
Authority   and World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein.

Several  elected officials spoke at the rally, saying that the site's  
reconstruction has taken too long. Construction has already begun on the
One World Trade Center, a transit hub, and a memorial, but the rest of  
the site, including two planned towers, has remained undeveloped for  
nine years since the 9/11 terrorist attack.

Protesters included  electrical, sheet metal, concrete, and other
unions,  who chanted  slogans of "Build it now!" and held signs
demanding the  jobs that  should come when the site begins construction.

One union  official said the two parties involved in the redevelopment 
should "sit  in a room, lock the doors, don't eat, don't sleep"
and then  come to an  agreement, which entails the construction of two
other  skyscrapers.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, who is responsible  for 
the property, has demanded more funding from Silverstein to build  the 
skyscraper, adding that if the money doesn't come, they will wait  for 
the real estate market to improve. Silverstein says the Port  Authority 
should fund two of the three towers.

U.S. Rep.  Carolyn Maloney said the "finger-pointing has got to
stop,"  adding that  the Empire State Building took a year to build
during the  Great  Depression.

inexpensive then to come in with herbal remedies
for specific problems as HIV+ people need a little
more than what doctors and hospitals have for

Satellite photos taken in 2009 (See Figure 1) by the Lunar Reconnaisance
Orbiter (LRO) of the alleged landing sites of Apollo 11, 14, 15, 16, and 17,
which NASA released with white arrows pointing to purported lunar landing
modules and other scientific equipment, have failed to confirm the presence
of NASA lunar landers or other NASA equipment at each Apollo landing site,
according to Ron Stewart, inventor of the Advanced Photographic Extraction
Process 
(APEP)

Using APEP, Mr. Stewart revealed, in an exclusive
ExopoliticsRadio.orginterview
with Alfred Lambremont Webre, that APEP appears to confirm that
each of the alleged NASA Apollo landing sites contains, not NASA landers,
but highly organized structures and equipment, some of which contain
pictograms depicting classes of extraterrestrial civilizations.

Mr. Stewart indicated that his APEP investigation also detected UFO
spacecraft in two of the Apollo landing site photographs taken in 2009 by

surveillance to stop terror attacks. According to Harris, the Admiral's push 
for increased surveillance began with the bombing of the Marine barracks in 
Lebanon and continued past the World Trade Center attacks. But the 
resulting increase in surveillance has had no effect on terror attacks, Mr. 
Harris argues, it simply created a surveillance state against U.S. citizens 
instead of foreign terrorists. The event is at the Spy Museum in 
Washington.
