Hi, Matthieu, The bit 0x80 should be CO_FLAG_INSTALL_INCOMPLETE that means local install has not been completed. With the value is 0xC6 , this flag is shown to be used on wire, we need to add this flag to the section 2.2.3.2 of MS-FRS1. Thanks!
