Passed CCDA [7:4552]
Finally passed CCDA second try.And I thought it was hard the first time I took it missed it by only one question.I think they may have made changes to the exam since last fall. The scenarios seemed different not quite as lengthy but just as confusing.I had 72 questions 3 different case studies and approximately 22 questions on the case studies. On to BCRAN next. Thanks to the group for all the valuable input.Keep up the good work. RE: CCDA and appletalk help please
I wrote it last week 72 questions no appleTalk questions. This does not mean that you will not get any on the exam you take.My understanding is the exam questions are taken from a pool of questions.lots of questions on case studies.Be prepared pace yourself I went through the exam to quickly with all the case studies and I had 40 minutes left and could not go back.My 2 cents -Original Message- From: Bob [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: 5 December 2000 8:02 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: CCDA and appletalk help please I will be writing the CCDA exam next week, and was wondering if there is any material on AppleTalk on it. I have been studying quite a bit and found that AppleTalk is widely covered, mind you this was the same for CCNA, and I found no questions regarding AppleTalk on the CCNA. Can anyone please answer this question for me? Thanks very much. _ FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED] _ FAQ, list archives, and subscription info: http://www.groupstudy.com/list/cisco.html Report misconduct and Nondisclosure violations to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Can you use the calculator in tests?
Sorry about that I had pasted some information in the e-mail which did not show up.I am a nubie and had a lot of problems with subnetting.I created a little chart that helped me pass my CCNA.The simple thing to do is to write down before the exam on a blank sheet of paper 8 squares numbered 1 2 4 8 16 32 64 128 underneath make the same number of squares and leave blank on top make the same number of squares and fill in the numbers starting from the left at 128: 128|192|224|240|248|252|254|255| 128| 64 |32 | 16 | 8 | 4 | 2 | 1 | | || | | | | | This will help you in your conversions. I will try to attach my little chart to the e-mail.If you do not get it e-mail me and I will forward it individually.
