CID beta gone?

2000-11-23 Thread ERIC BRATAGER

I went to the Cisco website to get the information regarding this beta, but
it is no longer listed. Are they no longer offering this beta or am I just
looking in the wrong place?

website to pickup usb to db9 cable online

2000-12-01 Thread ERIC BRATAGER

If a laptop only has USB ports, what is the best way to connect to the
console port? Is there any type of adapter for that, or do I need to get a
DB9 to USB cable?

Thanks,
Eric Bratager

Re: How to select a diff Flash img to load from ?

2000-07-22 Thread ERIC BRATAGER

Also, if you have more than one boot statement, make sure they are in the
correct order (i.e. make sure the flash image you want the router to boot
from is listed first). If you do a sh run, it will list the order of the
boot statements.

It's an IGRP multicast address. For a listing of multicast addresses:

I'm not sure which version of IOS your running, but here is a link to
Cisco's site that lists all of the 11.3 commands and their functions.

RE: Can you make a router a tftp server?

2000-08-25 Thread ERIC BRATAGER

You just have to specify the file you want to use the router as a tftp
server for in global configuration mode:

i.e. router(config)#tftp-server slot0:rsp-jsv-mz_120-9.bin

Re: how do i make router pause when viewing config ?

2000-05-18 Thread ERIC BRATAGER

do a sh term, your term length is probably set to 0. Change the terminal
length (e.g. term length 24).
