FXO VIC is connected to the PSTN and the FXS VIC to analog phones. I need an incoming call received from the PSTN to be automatically forwarded to one of the FXS ports. Right now we get a second dial-tone and have to dial the FXS extension number. We want to avoid this. Any ideas? Cisco in the web side gives the CID 3 as the 640-025 exam, but on the tracking system 640-025 is not valid and is replaced by the 640-520. I went to my local exam center and they could not locate the 640-520 exam and they said that the only valid wxam is the 640-025 which is not valid according to the tracking system.
