Tacascs+ and Radius are different Database protocols service that is used by router using AAA for the security service TACACS+ is an existing protocol developed by Cisco Systems in their Routers. I think they are better on the Linux server than the NT server. It is still a project I am trying to work on, but other things have come in the way.
